Refund policy

 

Return Period
We hope you love your Atelier Nara piece. If something is not quite right, you may return your order within 14 days after delivery. The return request must be submitted within this period.

Return Conditions
Returned items must be in their original condition. This means the item must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and returned with all original tags attached.

Items that show signs of wear, perfume, deodorant, stains, washing, alterations or damage cannot be accepted. Atelier Nara reserves the right to refuse returns or apply a deduction if the item has decreased in value due to handling beyond what is necessary to assess the nature, characteristics and fit of the product.

Packaging Scent
Garments may have a light scent upon arrival. This scent comes from our Dry Wash Spray, which is lightly used during the packing process to ensure garments arrive fresh and well presented. This scent is part of our standard packaging procedure and therefore does not qualify as a valid reason for return or complaint.

How to Request a Return
To request a return, please contact us within 14 days after receiving your order at info@ateliernara.nl 

After your request has been reviewed, you will receive the return instructions and the correct return address.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be processed.

Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, the purchase amount will be refunded using the same payment method that was used for the original order.

After the return has been received and approved, please allow up to 10 working days for the refund to be processed and appear on your account, depending on your payment provider. Sending multiple emails will not speed up this process.

Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.

Sale Items
Items purchased during a sale, promotion or discounted campaign are considered final sale and cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged. Please review product descriptions, sizing and details carefully before placing your order.

All discounted purchases are final and no exceptions can be made.

Exchange
If you would like to exchange your item for another colour, size or model, please mention this clearly in your return request. Exchanges can only be processed after the original item has been received and inspected and are subject to stock availability.

Inspection of Returned Items
All returned items are carefully inspected upon arrival. If an item shows signs of wear, use, washing, perfume, deodorant, stains or damage, the return may be refused or partially refunded to reflect the loss in value. In such cases, the item may be sent back to the customer.

Liability During Return Shipping
Returned items remain the responsibility of the customer until they are received and inspected by Atelier Nara. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping proof of shipment, as Atelier Nara cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

Abuse of Return Policy
Atelier Nara reserves the right to refuse returns or future orders in cases where there is reasonable suspicion of misuse of the return policy, excessive returns, worn items being returned or fraudulent claims.
