By placing an order on the Atelier Nara webshop you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are intended to ensure a transparent, fair and secure shopping experience.

Atelier Nara is a brand operated by Clean Laundry Amsterdam. Orders placed through the Atelier Nara webshop are therefore processed and fulfilled under the legal entity of Clean Laundry Amsterdam until further notice.

Pricing & Payment
All prices on the Atelier Nara webshop are displayed in Euros and include VAT where applicable. Payment must be completed at checkout using one of the available payment methods. Atelier Nara reserves the right to change prices at any time, however the price confirmed at the moment of purchase will remain valid for that order.

Order Confirmation
After placing an order you will receive an order confirmation by email. If you do not receive this confirmation, please contact us. Atelier Nara reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in case of suspected fraud, pricing errors, stock errors or misuse of the webshop.

Order Processing
Orders are generally processed and dispatched within three business days. During busy periods, launches or promotions processing may take longer. Atelier Nara cannot be held responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping
Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are provided in our Shipping Policy. Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address when placing an order. Atelier Nara is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier once the parcel has been dispatched.

Transport & Delivery Liability
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier and a valid tracking code has been provided, the shipment is considered to be in transit under the responsibility of the carrier. Atelier Nara will assist customers in starting an investigation with the carrier if necessary, however we cannot guarantee delivery times or outcomes determined by the shipping provider.

Returns & Right of Withdrawal
Customers have the right to return their order within 14 days after delivery in accordance with EU consumer protection laws. Returned items must comply with the conditions described in our Returns Policy. Items remain the responsibility of the customer until they are received and inspected.

Refunds
After receiving and inspecting the returned item, the purchase amount will be refunded using the same payment method used for the original transaction. Once the return has been approved, the refund may take up to 10 working days to appear on the customer’s account.

Product Information
We make every effort to display products as accurately as possible. However, colours, textures and details may vary slightly depending on screen settings, lighting conditions or production batches.

Occasion Wear & Use Policy
Atelier Nara garments are designed for special occasions and must be returned in the exact same condition as received. Items that show signs of wear such as perfume, deodorant, makeup, stains, washing, alterations or damage may be refused or subject to a deduction for loss of value. Atelier Nara reserves the right to decline returns if there is reasonable evidence that the garment has been worn for an event.

Return Abuse Policy
Atelier Nara reserves the right to refuse future orders or returns if repeated patterns of excessive returns, worn items or misuse of the return policy are detected. This policy is in place to protect the integrity of the brand and ensure fair use for all customers.

Chargeback & Payment Disputes
Customers are required to contact Atelier Nara before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback through their payment provider. If a chargeback is initiated without prior communication while the order has been delivered, we reserve the right to provide all order, shipping and communication records to the payment provider and recover any associated costs.

Intellectual Property
All content on the Atelier Nara website, including images, product designs, branding, text and logos, remains the intellectual property of Atelier Nara and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed or used without prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability
Atelier Nara shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profits or other consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services, except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Force Majeure
Atelier Nara cannot be held responsible for delays or failure to fulfill obligations due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, shipping disruptions, system failures or governmental actions.

Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes arising from or related to purchases made through the Atelier Nara webshop shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
